Make Your Own Kegerator
There are some things a real beer lover shouldn't have to do without and one of the most important ones is to have a cold beer when the mood strikes. There are 2 ways to make sure that you never have to suffer this nightmare. One way is to keep going to the store and buying case after case of beer or you might want to buckle down and decide to make your very own kegerator. A fullsize keg holds approximately one hundred and sixty five beers which may save you many visits to the store to refill your diminishing beer stock.
Buying a kegerator is a practical choice for some people but others like to save some money and have a convenient kegerator they can customise and say they built with their own hands. You could even be shocked to hear that it's not all that difficult to do and will only cost you around two hundred dollars. If taking on a do it yourself project interest you then the following article has you covered from A-Z! Explore the instructions we've outlined for you here to help you determine your favorite approach.
Things you need:
- Fridge
- Kegerator conversion kit
- CO2 cylinder
- One and three eighth inch hole saw
- seven eighth inch hole saw
- Hacksaw
- A keg of beer
Now provided that you have all the above mentioned items, it's time to begin the installing process. The 1st point of business is to determine where you will install the tap. Be sure to put it low enough so that freezer door can open without hitting the handle of the tap. Drill the quarter inch pilot hole through the whole door. Next, make a hole with a one and three eighth hole saw just through the outer part of the door and the quarter" hole saw through the inside part of the door. When you've found the thickness of the door, saw the PVC pipe to the door length and insert it between the holes.
Next install the tap by connecting the tap to the shank and slowly fasten with a wrench. Insert your shank into the PVC pipe and tighten with the shank nut. Now put the loose clamp on the hose before connecting it to the shank. Push the beer hose into the other side of the shank and tighten the clamp. Place a rubber washer into the end of the beer hose and fasten the nut onto the top part of the keg coupler. The drip tray should be placed about one foot under the tap by placing screws into the door for it to hang.
At this point you will need to put a clamp on the gas hose and fasten it on the thin end of the coupler and clamp down. Place another clamp on the other end and fasten that to the thin end of your CO2 regulator and tighten. Take the regulator and attach the end with a nut on it to the CO2 cylinder and fasten. Be sure to not make it too tight because you will have to remove it for refilling the canister. Insert your coupler into the keg, handle pointing up and turn the coupler till it stops. Pull out the handle and push down on it till you hear it pop below the hatch. Now open the regulator valve by pointing it along the hose. Open the valve on top of the tank and turn the regulator till it reaches ten psi. The 1st few glasses normally has too much froth but the 3rd will be nearer to what you are looking for. By adjusting the regulator a little bit, you can attain the desired amount of gas you want with each beer.

Joke during the day - Star if you discover funny.?
Jesus and Moses made the decision to visit golf. Jesus had just purchased a new set of gold clubs and desired to take them into consideration.
So that they arrive at the first hole and Jesus shanks it in to the forest. Moses walks there and asks if he's going to mulligan, or hit it. Jesus replies, "I saw Arnold Palmer do that once." He grabs his 9 iron and WHACKS the ball to the eco-friendly and in to the cup. A couple of passerby people cheer.
The next hole, Jesus hits a drive in to the bunker close to the eco-friendly. Moses smiles, knowing he's an opportunity. Jesus grabs his pitching wedge and appears around. "I saw Arnold Palmer do that once." He hits the ball to the eco-friendly and in to the cup. Everyone else gathering cheers.
This continues until they are available towards the 17th tee. This is an island hole, encircled simply by water. Jesus hits the ball in to the water, and also the people gasp. So Jesus goes walking out to the water.
Among the crowd looks to Moses and asks, "Who he think he's, Jesus?Inch
Moses states "No, Arnold Palmer."
That's so funny
