My aim is to update my pc to run games like LOTRO, age of conan, and any future developments at top specs. I would like to update it with: EVGA nForce 780i SLI motherboard, PCI Express 2.o DDR2, socket 775, plus a Intel C2Q Q6700 2.66GHz OEM, with a EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX Video Card - 512MB GDDR3 or a BFG Geforce 8800GTX OC2 768MB OVERCLOCKED - which one would be better?, and OZR SLI Dual channel 4GB (2x2048MG) DDR2 800MHz Memory.
The lowest price i have managed is approx. £490.50.

i had a dell and i was gonna put stuff in it like u but instead i built a new pc. but if u are going to do wat u want make sure u check the case size if evey thing will fit and will have enough room so air flow will not be blocked
dont get the 9800 gtx, stick with the 8 series like the 8800 gtx trust me it runs every thing fine, the 9800 is too much power speed and money, its like buying a 2000 watt psu.
get 2 gigs of ram cuz i can run every thing fine w/ that,
u dont need a cooling system unless u plan to overclock everything, or ur case dont have a good air flow,
