Assist with terminal identification Robertshaw ignition control?
I am looking to get a Lennox furnace going which had a RobertShaw SP735L ignition control, my issue is which i can't discover what terminal "TR" about this board is perfect for?? I have confirmed this control is defective, but must change it having a Honeywell universal unit, however i can't identify the purpose of TR around the old board(SP735L lennox # 18G9101)?????
Sorry for departing that out, the diagram that's in is not related to system. For reasons uknown the doorway continues to be changed at a while previously. I dispise to tear the entire unit apart to get at another control board, to follow what TR was doing. I examined the hyperlink you sent, and that is really the way in which I had been leaning, however it appeared odd in my experience that TR wire returned towards the furnace control module.
Have a look in the wiring diagram, it ought to be within the access panel. Hopefully it'll show what it really controls.
or physically trace the wire to determine where it is going.
