I think I have an airlock in my water cylinder?

Hi, I recently drained down my heating system so I could add some fernox to de-sludge and de-scale the pipes and boiler. Now I don't have hot water!! I have one of them copper cylinders that has a coil inside that transfers heat from the gas boiler, it also has an immersion heater element. So I think that the coil bit on the inside of the cylinder has an airlock and I would appreciate any ideas on how to get rid of it. There's no bleed valves on the 2 pipes that go into the cylinder. One ther thing here and I'm not sure if it's important or not but when I drained the system down there was 2 drain valves......flow and return?? but only one of these let any water out?? The heating works fine albeit a few slooshing sounds coming from the rads but no hot water unless I heat it electrically (expensive lol) Could I connect a hose from the mains and connect to one of the drain valves and try to force the airlock back through the vent pipe?? Help!!!

Try turning off all the rads ,set the boiler to minimum and the run it , the pump will hopefully force the air through the coil and up the vent ,I have cleared air locks with a hose before ,but can be risky unless you have a second person at the header tank , as the overflow dose not take the water away quick enough
